United Mission Hospital Tansen:-

The United Mission Hospital Tansen (UMHT) is stable in Bhusaldanda, one kilometre up the "Mission road" from the Tansen bazaar.  Tansen, the district headquarters as well as commercial centre of Palpa District,  at an altitude of 1320 metres, 300 kms west of Katmandu, 125 kms to Pokhara and eighty kms from Bhairahawa on the Indian border. The Pastoral treatment department cares for patients' financial, emotional and spiritual wants. The pastoral care team are accountable for charity assessment, the toy and book round, counselling,  education for admitted children, free food for children and people with special nutritionary wants, and spiritual care.
